As always, assume the characters are at the apex of their power and have all weapons/armor/skills attributed to them. However, NO SUMMONING is allowed! The goal here is to measure each character, not the power of their allies (which the summons would count as). Individual rules below. I honestly think that would mean it is solely between Terra and Noctis. Also, while no one in 12 would be a genuine candidate, including it would raise the age old question and the differences between main character, viewpoint character and protagonist.
