But no, seriously, that cop was WAY the fuck out of shape, if he blocked a turn off road with his car so the cop had to follow on foot, he coulda gotten away. If they cop didn't get a good look at him at least, he coulda reported it as stolen and possibly got away with it (probably not buy hey).
