| UshiromiyaEva 12/21/21 1:27:12 AM #1: | Been rewatching on Peacock (sucks that the first 3/5 of it isn't on there, I'll get that box set one day), and it's just amazing how much this completely embarases all the modern crime shows my parents watch day in and day out. Is there anything else in recent history that's got the same vibe as it or Stabler Era SVU did? As a potential clarification, having an overarching narrative from episode to episode is a pretty big disqualified. I'm not saying I'm looking for something without ANY canonicity from episode to episode, but episodic is the name of the game.
