Lost some of his backbone. I think he's playing it too safe trying to appeal to moderates and not drive more of a wedge between the two parties but it's sorta pointless because that fucking rift is there and it's not going away any time soon, regardless of how forceful he is with his agenda. But don't get it twisted. Biden is still 100x better at being president than Trump was. But that's a low bar.
