Inverting the trends of the past couple of rounds, The Extreme got off to an amazing start and Bridge was left 7 votes behind. But while in the quarters it was The Extreme that got a 10-in-a-row stretch to take the lead, today Big Bridge got on a run of 11 consecutive votes to go ahead by 4! But it wasn't over there, Extreme still had more saved in the tank to take things to a 21-21 tie with two hours to go. Before today, no track had lost a match with more than 20 votes. ...And it was Ultimecia, fittingly, who timed the battle to perfection.
