Why would Sheik not end up in the top 20% of these characters? Heck, she might end up in the top 10%. The Finals Bracket from 2018 has fourteen Smash-characters of these 165 characters and you'd have to be #16 or higher to be in the top 10%, so let's just pull those top fourteen real quick:
