Its about the fact that I know they have the money and instead of the company taking the loss they pass it onto us which is fucked up. I also dont want to have to go back and make sure they paid me everything owed which I dont trust them to do. The company always makes sure they get their money on time but has no problem with employees not getting theirs on time.
