I never like fighting these things because they're too good at avoiding damage, though. Slots (skill/limit break) Aerith vs Tifa Bravely Default One-Winged Angel Grenades (enemy) FFT's Original Translation Gold Saucer Dates Golbez Going to the Moon Yuna: Yuna is wonderful in the first game. She's shy, but learns to be more forceful over the course of the game. She's devoted to her duty, but her boyfriend makes her question it. Everyone likes her. Even people who don't like FFX agree she's good. FFX-2 is another story, though. In practice, ultimate weapons usually take too much effort to obtain to be worth it, and every game has someone whose gimmick is random damage, so it's complete garbage. Except for something like FFX's monster arena, you can just get by with a pretty good weapon. Speaking of which, in both my playthroughs of FFX, I never found a better sword than Brotherhood. I just used it the whole way through. That's the only game I can think of like that. It's strange to me that FF was once a huge, A-list series that could get crossovers with Disney, make theatrically-released films, and be advertised on just normal TV. This series' heyday is long since passed. I might've already said that about thief, but I'm changing my mind. No one is ever excited to unlock the warrior job. Even outside of Final Fantasy, warrior is usually the most boring class. I played DAO, DA2, and DAI, and I went Rogue-Warrior-Rogue, and I think I regret that. Mages clearly had the most going on in all of the games. The only interesting thing this class ever has going for it is the ability to protect weaker party members.
