I think that if the boy had been charged as a juvenile, then it would be reasonable to charge the parents as well because someone needs to be held accountable. In the same vein charging the boy as an adult means that the boy is being held accountable so charging the parents too is just howling for vengeance. I think they should either revise it to charge the boy as a juvenile [exclusive]or drop the charges against the parents. *takes opinion and throws it in the trash where it belongs* *lights trash on fire for good measure* --- ...
