But I am very much devil's advocating here. I want to be crystal clear on that. I will say I believe he fired his original lawyers over the PB stunt. Whether he actually knew or not and whether his objections were anything but strategy is a different matter that we really only have his and his lawyer's word on. I think there's a real chance he loses the case if he goes to trial with his original lawyers.
