I know in the NFL talks begin with the eliminated teams with assistants of playoff teams and the like after the regular season ends but I don't think anything can go official until after the Super Bowl is over/all teams involved are eliminated and everything is wrapped up. Kelly just hopped on a plane and was like "c ya" when Notre Dame will have a New Year's Six game that the interim coach now has to deal with. that's just nuts to me.
