Babish and Kenji are fairly good in making easily recreatable meals, but the best is Chef John from food wishes. Also, Ethan Chlebowski is great, learned a lot of techniques from him, and Not Another Cooking Show is awesome for amazing pasta dishes, a couple of which I've made and thoroughly enjoyed. if only his voice wasn't so annoying.
