I havent heard any of them say you can prepare Michelin quality food at home, either. I've heard them say you can make good as good as restaurant food and better than most, which is entirely true. If you have the time and patience. Restaurant quality food has less to do with amazing skill and more to do with scaling and cost reducing and being time efficient. Theres nothing magical about a grill house steak. Whats magical is that they can cook 200 steaks in 2 hours all within a very narrow margin of error and within 10 minutes of the order being made.
