Seemingly no working for Brewster either, but it's clear they didn't cover everything new in this video, so maybe. 16 brand new villagers is great, with a robot octopus! Hopefully they'll be fully integrated and thus available on nook miles/camping. Looks like a ton new furniture. Weirdly though maybe no Nook upgrade? Maybe they just didn't show it. Adding Happy Home Designer as DLC and then letting it integrate with your own island is way better than releasing another spin-off game.
