Things didn't start going downhill in Canada until bill C-75 was passed which put into effect "catch and release" programs. Get them off the streets so they can stop terrorizing old people and stealing bicycles and get them off the drugs. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone. The war on drugs failed because they focused on weed which is pretty much harmless. Seeing governments actually taking drug related crime seriously would be a welcome change of pace. --- Props to azuarc, the current Guru of the Decade.
