GameFAQs moderators spend most of their time cleaning up broken threads, spam, offensive content, spam, etc. This takes a lot of time and isn't something we are paid for. Therefore, there is no support through email. When a user is a repeat offender, their account may be either blocked or suspended.

We may at times need to ban users for serious abuse. This happens rarely.

In general, we do not moderate game topics or game content. If you wish to discuss any particular topic, please do so at the appropriate community forum. If your topic requires moderation, please read the information in the link above before posting. If your topic was moderated at GameFAQs and you don't see any changes, please do not contact us about it.

If a user violates these guidelines repeatedly or is seen to be causing undue disruption, we may ban their account.
