It's like yeah maybe your minwu does more, but that's a damming of your overall setup not the guy who has cleared all the content. Well the difference that he's not seeing is that Rem is still better for content where you don't kill it in two turns. And that's why she's tiered so much higher. This use case matters little for tier lists, but it's one Minwu has an inherent advantage in due to his damage being more frontloaded. I mean I've put in all the work I can put into Rem aside from giving her honing scrolls which isn't worth it so yeah it's not really that.
