He is hard to cap on due to his damage reduction, but he has less HP. He just seems more RNG based on when you cross his damage reduction HP thresholds, and he wastes more time buffing so his animations eat more of your time. But yeah the RNG is probably a big part of why your clear time was so drastically higher at first. I actually seem to kill him on the For The Calm cast more often than not. --- No problem!
