I admit that liquid cooling is something that I don't know much about, but with that and all the case fans I'm hoping it won't be an issue.

Its simple geometry when you think about it. The 360mm radiator has 50% more surface area than the 240mm. That provides better cooling. Because the 5000-series ryzen chips run hotter already, it's a good idea to havr a bigger radiator with a triple fan setup to cool it.
I currently have a 240mm radiator cooling my Ryzen 7 5700x and it runs around 80C under load which isnt great.

It's my next planned upgrade and you might want to take note of your temperatures when you start multitasking since you're using this for streaming.
