You can understand a heavy accent if you pay close attention, constantly, for the whole lecture. Every lecture. When someone has an easier voice, you can still catch what they're saying when listening much less actively. And thinking about the concepts they're talking about is not exactly the same thing as thinking about the literal words they're saying."People with foreign accents shouldn't have jobs where they talk to people" --- ...
