Topic	Any dish you're interested in but have never tried?

It's not like it uses different ingredients than standard pizza or even really gets cooked in a different way (I know everything gets put in a deep pan, but that's hardly a radical way of preparing pizza)... it's just the re-balance of ingredients that seems kinda gross and ruins at least part of what makes regular pizza so great.
