It's like never having had vanilla ice cream I think a lot of people in the US at least have never had a margherita pizza, at least outside of the major cities. I haven't, and I'm pretty sure most of the people I know IRL haven't either. It's just not on most regular pizza places menu. Uh as for me, there is quite a lot, but nothing specifically comes to mind as 'most wanted'. I've made a dent in some of the standout Japanese food I never had a chance to try recently so I've had stuff like ramen and takoyaki, but there are still more like okonomiyaki and taiyaki I still wanna try. Otherwise I guess its mostly other Asian dishes. There aren't a lot of good places that serve authentic asian cuisine around where I live that is reasonable to drive to so I don't get a chance to try a lot of Chinese, Indian, Thai, etc ...
