Topic	Today all Texans can open carry with no license

Everyone can feel safer carrying until the difference between those who want it as a deterrent and those who will actually use it becomes evident. Speaking from personal experience. All the training in the world and all the preparedness and even adrenaline still won't make that situation easier.
