The best way I found was to grind the highest tier of pufferfish on Ultimate, which have 100,000 yen pins as a rare drop. So this means you have to go to Cat Street and chain EVERY noise (including the rare blue noise) which gets you a 15 chain. Gets you about 1.5 mil/chain.
