Achilles is pretty much just vanilla casting with an extra step, which is good for cast builds, but nothing particularly interesting in its own right. Hades is just not good (or if you can make it good, you pretty much need Quick Spin to actually get the buff going). Guan Yu is also pretty dependent on Quick Spin to take advantage of its special charge (and if you aren't doing that, there's little point in picking Guan Yu). So...
