Exterminateer 08/10/21 3:37:11 PM #147:	The dark brotherhood dagger just lets you murder civilians instantly from stealth and if you do it safely you wont get a bounty for it which makes it wonderful for pickpocketing since you can reset the NPCs that you are working on without any negatives. Didnt bother getting it myself but i saw a lot of people doing it while i was pickpocketing for some daily missions and that helped me aswell since they reset the mobs for me too. --- PSA Aluminium is a trash material to work with.
