At minimum he seems to have tampered with the evidence; not sure what's going on here! I also really hate Furst's animation where his hat repeatedly slips off; it's heavily triggering my OCD and making me want to force it to be straightened out. His galloping animation is so dumb that it's hilarious, though. Yeah, that animation is super distracting, but I guess it's supposed to be ironic that a hat maker has a poorly made hat.
