I didn't respond to that post earlier because I figured it might be better to just let it pass and slip under the radar, but since it's being remarked upon now...

With the exception of the final in year 10, and one person who seldom followed the rules and to whom I gave at least a dozen chances anyway, I almost never disqualified any votes despite it being my discretion and the awareness that my predecessor was less forgiving. After year 10, I also had protection against new voters in the late rounds dropping in without reading the rules and swaying the match.

And as the host for five years, I can tell you that moonroof's lifetime vote count is greater than one. I don't know what he's done outside of VGMC that merits labeling him a troll, but it has no bearing here.
