Hosonaga, Phoenicius, and Herlock all have headaches - and gas was mentioned, so maybe some sort of knockout gas was used? Also Bif didn't fill the ship log after 2AM this morning. 3. The bookcase/sea god statues might have something to do with the case as well. Mechanism to open the wardrobe secret door perhaps? Maybe after spreading knockout gas throughout first class passenger deck, Ninalova opened the wardrobe hidden door and...killed Kazuma...because she's an assassin?
