So I get that's the feeling Takumi is attempting to evoke. It's meant to be a tragic accident born of a misunderstanding. It's just kind of a lame way to get rid of a character, especially one who has proven to be super likable at this point. I get you have to find a way to sideline Kazuma if you want Naruhodo to be the primary protagonist, but I think they could've handled it better. I just wish I could clearly remember how all of this stuff comes back later because it's kind of bothering me, but I also don't want to look it up.
