Not effective work, or results. or return on investment - just the notion of being busy.It's not coincidence that the only people I've ever met who love the office all happen to be bullshitters. They are never the best workers, they are the best talkers who are experts in the art of dragging a 5 minute conversation into a 45 minute conversation. Calling meetings that should have been emails. They are pushing back hard against WFH partly because they are social butterfly personality types, and partly because they'll be exposed for lack of production.
