AAI1-2: Turnabout Airlines

All righty, we're in the cargo hold now. One of the things I love about the gameplay is where I get to move Edgeworth around in 3rd person... Sometimes in trying to get the Talk button to appear, I have him standing wayyyy too close to the person. Imagine someone tucking your shoulder into their armpit and then talking to you - that's pretty much what I end up doing, most of the time unintentionally. Filing that away as a funny fan art idea.

Gumshoe thinks the suitcase design is 'artsy' and 'post modern'. This, combined with his "True art has always been a war against oppression" opinion... He'd be a renaissance man if he had the funds. He says he used to be a part-time mover. Gumshoe's the type of burly guy you'd ask to help you move just on looks alone.

Mr Hicks had a file on Franziska. Creepy. We talk to Franziska, who's an Interpol liaison now, because of course she is. Miles steps on some glass and we determine that it's probably from the victim's broken glasses. We determine that Mr Hicks was likely Agent Hicks of Interpol, Franziska confirms that she sent him to track down a smuggling ring. He likely revealed his identity to a crew member, who then allowed him entry into the cargo hold to investigate... but then killed him and stuffed him in a suitcase to bring him up in the elevator. With the turbulence, the suitcase popped open and both the body and his wallet's contents were strewn all over the inside of the elevator.

Investigation Complete

I gave Gumshoe quite a workout, had him and Miles climb up and down the stairs multiple times for my own amusement. Every time you present something to him that isn't meaningful, he acts like he's been given a gift, and Edgeworth has to clarify that it's related to the case and is NOT a gift. It's cute!
