Kyuubi shares his IP with Winter. Boogies original account shared an IP address with PO. As it turns out, Lan hasn't ever actually moderated anyone who is a regular on PotD. Foxx, however, showed very clear bias towards her friends on PotD, but the rest of her moderations were generally considered fair. Thunder was indeed Sophie. I'm actually in love with sunny.
