UshiromiyaEva 08/03/21 1:26:48 AM #316:	It is Nashu, near the shops, but the initial quest (for me at least!) was not initially blue, even though every subsequent quests are blue in the chain. I only selected it because I recognized her as I was walking by. By my recollection both the ARR and Stormblood Hildy quests start blue from the get go, so I thought it was quite odd.
