Agents arrived at his home in Huntington Beach before 6am where 5 agents carried assault rifles and shields to get him A member of his prayer group tipped off agents on January 30 as that person said he "boasted" about his participation in the riot and provided agents with the photos They matched his appearance through pictures because of his "white beard" to surveillance footage where he went inside about an hour after members of Congress and VP Mike Pence were ordered to evacuate He is the owner of Brooks Works Corps, a contracting firm that advertises kitchen remodeling and room additions on its websites and is now charged with entering a restricted building without lawful authoriting, engaging in disruptive conduct with the intent to impede the orderly conduct of government and uttering loud, threatening, abusive language with intent to disrupt session of Congress.
