Chris Chan was a guy in his 20s who lived at home with his parents. He made poorly drawn comics of Sonichu, a character that was a mix of Sonic and Pikachu. It was clear these comics were a means for him to live out fantasies and often had sexual content in it. He became known from making super conservative videos. They usually were also racist and homophobic. He'd go to college campuses and try to pick up girls by holding a sign that indicated his preferences, including "white", "virgin", "Christian", etc. The internet (4chan) would troll the shit out of him. People would pretend to be girls and were able to get him to make videos of him jacking it or humping anime pillows. In the early 2010s, he transitioned into a transgender woman. Some questioned his motives for this given he's been known for harassing women. A few years ago, he was angry about some change to Sonic's design or something so he went to a Gamestop to start some shit and ended up pepper spraying an employee there. His dad was like 90 years old and died a few years back leaving him with his 70 something year old mom. She's getting dementia. Their house looks like a dump. He went online and tried begging for money rather than getting a job or accessing social services. Fast forward to this week, he raped his mom.
