Topic	Do you have a healthy sleep schedule?

I'd say I average 8-9 hours of sleep, so at least I'm getting a healthy amount of sleep most of the time, its just the time that I go to sleep and wake up isn't consistent at all. Or at least not for more than a few days. Part of its my fault, the days where I'm up for 24 hours are just ones where I stay up, not because I have insomnia or anything.
