Im curious on how CE stands on this. I greatly value my sleep personally and Ill always try to get at least 8 hours

My sleep schedule is all over the fucking place. Sometimes I sleep more than 8 hours, sometimes I sleep less than 8 hours, there's usually a few days a month where I stay up for more than 24 hours.

It is what it is. I'd say I average 8-9 hours of sleep, so at least I'm getting a healthy amount of sleep most of the time, its just the time that I go to sleep and wake up isn't consistent at all. Or at least not for more than a few days. Part of its my fault, the days where I'm up for 24 hours are just ones where I stay up, not because I have insomnia or anything. Even when I don't though, I can't maintain a consistent sleep schedule for whatever reason.

I do now. I struggled with sleep paralysis and all kinds of issues for years while working 2nd and 3rd shifts. been on days now for a decade and that shit is real rare now. I get 6 to 7 hours generally.

Yes. Usually asleep anywhere between 11-11:30, and out of bed by 7:30 the latest.

Times change slightly on weekends, but I'll still get solid 7-8 hours of sleep every night.
