They do deserve higher pay considering how shit DD treat the good ones. The fact that some have to live off tips is unacceptable, tbh. As an aside, how does everyone tip? I generally go 1 base with a dollar for every mile. An extra few dollars if it's a hassle(like if I'm ordering at a busy restaraunt or during rush hour.
