She's going to settle for a fat check out of court and this will get dismissed before they can legally tell Disney "Nah you can't do this." It's ScarJo though, so she's in a very rare number of folks who can actually take them to task. But to think she's going to ensure nobody else gets screwed by this is wild. Actually legally no one is ever going to be screwed by this.
