TopicWhy are people who are vaccinated the most worried about rising COVID numbers?

Because unvaccinated people can serve as incubators for newer and worse strains of COVID-19. Delta can already kinda break through the vaccine in rare cases. Maybe the next strain will be even more infectious and will be able to completely ignore the vaccine. And then we're back to where we were a year ago.

Also if someone's unvaccinated, then they probably thought this whole thing was a hoax anyway, and are likely prone to conspiracy. Meanwhile, if you ARE vaccinated, it means you probably took this whole thing at least a little seriously.
