Didn't you guys know that only after formal charges are filed can you assume someone might have done something bad?

Unless it's against a company. Then it still doesn't count.
I'm not sure if you're trying to be ironic or not, but the very foundation of the justice system is being innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. In Cosby's case, he was very much guilty, because the conviction was only overturned on a technicality because he took a plea deal.

Nothing to this point has been proven about Blizzard, and everything in the CIVIL lawsuit is all hearsay and vague insinitations (which you can tell if anyone in this topic would actually read the document instead of taking the slanted Kotaku "hot take"). Does Blizzard have a s***ty frat boy culture because a bunch of neckbeards found themselves in a position with too much fame/money? By all accounts yes. Has Blizzard done anything illegal? Not at all. Have some Blizzard employees done illegal things? Potentially and probably, but you can't blame a company with thousands of employees for the actions of a handful. If that was the case, every company in the world with more than 500 employees is "guilty".

I don't even know where to begin with this post
