That's because it doesn't qualify as a mass shooting under *any* widely accepted definition, which is why the articles didn't use it. Kimbo is just trolling like always, probably because he thinks it's funny.

The second amendment was written in regards to regulated militias and with, in mind, the guns available at that era. The forefathers considered, also, that times and technology will change, an so too must the Constitution and its amendments lest our country be a monument of barbarism in the face of worldwide civilization.

All of which is complete bullshit and propaganda, although rewriting history must be fun. Next you can explain how the forefathers recognized that older houses were smaller so the Third Amendment shouldn't apply to big, modern homes.

An 18-year-old woman was killed and a 19-year-old man was critically injured after a shooting at The Regal Edwards Corona Crossings RPX theater on Monday night.
Police were called for service at 11:45 p.m. to The Crossings, at 2650 Tuscany St., for an unknown problem. Upon arrival, officers located a man and woman who had both suffered gunshot wounds. The 19-year-old man was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. The 18-year-old female died from her injuries at the scene. The names of the victims have not been released, pending notification of relatives.

There are few details available, but if you used even a lick of common sense you'd realize the sheer implausibility of gunman shooting wildly into the crowd yet only hitting *two* people. And if you used a lick of common sense, you'd realize the sheer improbability of articles NOT disclosing that the guy was shooting wildly if he was. Given the outcome, it was more likely the result of a personal dispute.
