To put it in perspective...I was looking at the sales history of a house currently costing 115k which is on the low end of cheap housing right now 800-1200sqft. Like you better like living in a ghetto or urban area. You know how much that house cost in 2016?? 50K!!! The housing market is ridiculous. What the government needs to do is put restrictions on investors/etc just trying to make profits off of every single property!
