It goes downhill a bit after that, but never to like La Llorona levels of bad. The main villain wasn't all that compelling and the scariest moments were all pretty early on. Conjuring 3 really didn't stick with me too hard unfortunately. Shame because I think the first two are spectacular. Though I do still think it's a solid, enjoyable film, I guess the other two had more compelling and fleshed out cases to go on. My ranking for this year so far:
