Topic	Was Negan appearing in tekken the most surprising 3rd party appearance in VGs?

I would argue that, as hype-inducing as it was, Sonic in Brawl wasn't really a surprise at that point, since once Snake got in and opened the door, pretty much everyone was expecting Sonic to also make it in. Plus, the first Mario & Sonic Olympic game had been revealed sometime before that, so Sonic appearing alongside Mario and other Nintendo characters wasn't exactly uncharted territory at that point. On the subject of Mario and Sonic, announcing the first Olympics game on April 1st was hilarious.
