The more realistic scenario is that they deny everything, try to ride it out, plea bargain if it looks like they can't win, fire a bunch of scapegoats, then Kotick gets a raise. Then everyone forgets about it and buys the next Blizzard game because that's what gamers always do. A lot of the silence/lack of official statement now is because they're gambling that the story stays niche and most of their customers neither know/care about it. They don't want their own denial to spread the story farther than it already has (because it absolutely would). There's a very specific PR dance that comes into play when lawsuits happen to corporations, and it has literally nothing to do with the validity/lack thereof of accusations or the morality/lack thereof of the situation. --- "Wall of Text'D!" --- oldskoolplayr76 "POwned again." --- blight family ...
