It kinda just looks like they got the name wrong? Whoever is doing the social media likely isn't the same guy who sold her the car. And at first I assumed the name was a reference to something, but nothing comes up on google (related to black women, anyway) referencing it other than the article which doesn't seem to specify any meaning.
