So she was able to figure out that her pretty buff blond-haired son with a bowl cut and chin made out of granite and his giant green tiger-thing pet who mysteriously seem to disappear every time He-Man (a muscle dude with a blond bowl cut and chin made out of granite) and his giant green war-tiger show up might be connected somehow. She never actually admits to knowing, but she kind of hints like "Yeah, I'm not dumb, kid." It might actually be a plot point that she's the only one on Eternia who isn't an idiot, because she's not from there (she's actually from Earth). Which might explain why she never tells anyone else, including her husband. Maybe her attitude was "If you're so phenomenally stupid you can't figure it out for yourself, you don't really deserve to know.
