Showrunner who seems like he's very invested in the source material and wants to make a great show, but understands adaptations require some changes. Brandon Sanderson has seen a lot of behind the scenes and thinks highly of the production. Production team has been giving teases of various aspects of the show well beyond would normally be given so far in advance of release.
